Senior Tax Accountant – Real Estate Investment Group Buckingham

in delivering value to clients, tenants, and investors. They are
seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their team and contribute
to the continued success of our organization. This hybrid role is
based in the west suburbs of Chicago, offering a collaborative

opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare
and review federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations
and partnerships. Analyze financial data to calculate tax
estimates, provisions (ASC 740), and forecasts. Ensure compliance
with tax deadlines, including extensions, estimates, and filings.
Research and interpret tax law changes and communicate findings to
leadership. Assist with audits, respond to tax notices, and gather
information for various reporting requirements (e.g., Form
1099-MISC, Form 1099-DIV). Participate in professional groups and
leadership activities for ongoing growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA
certification preferred. 3 years of experience in federal and state
taxation, including preparation and review of corporate and
partnership tax returns (real estate industry experience is a
plus). Strong project management, communication, and teamwork
skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. This role is ideal
for a self-starter with high energy, a strong work ethic, and a
passion for tax accounting in a dynamic real estate environment.
This is a HYBRID position based near Downers Grove, IL. This role
requires 3 days onsite/2 days WFH.
