to our members. We are currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic
individuals to join our Painter and Maintenance Team. If you have
previous painting experience in a commercial setting and some
general maintenance skills, we want to hear from you! Job
Description: As a member of our Operations Team, you will play a
vital role in maintaining our (4) 140,000 square foot athletic
facilities. This customer-facing position is crucial to our
company's success and offers opportunities for growth within our
organization. You will work closely with our Building Engineers,
providing a great teaching platform and paving the way for
potential future roles as a building engineer. Responsibilities:
Prepare all surfaces for painting, including identifying and
performing the correct preparation techniques. Paint entire spaces,
including drywall patching or touch-up as directed. Experience with
surfaces other than drywall is a plus. Follow company procedures
and guidelines regarding prep, painting, and cleaning. Perform
other duties as assigned as needed. Minimum Qualifications: At
least 3 years of commercial painting and Maintenance experience.
Ability to stand, climb stairs/ladders, and walk the property as
needed. Capable of regularly lifting and/or moving 25 lbs.,
frequently lifting and/or moving 40 lbs., and occasionally lifting
and/or moving 50 lbs. Ability to work in various weather and
