Job Description Job Description Traveling Laborer – Concrete & Site Services Asphalt Contractors Inc. (ACI) is hiring dependable and motivated laborers to join our Travel Crew . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality results, and is open to traveling for projects lasting 7–14 days at a time. Pay starts at $22/hour, based on experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and daily per diem when traveling. Work Scope May Include: Concrete flatwork and repair Installing fencing and bollards Pavement striping Sign installation Sprinkler/irrigation system installation Dock door installs, repairs, and maintenance Light welding and fabrication work General Skill Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Experience using hand tools and power tools Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Average workday is 8–12 hours What We're Looking For: Willingness to travel regularly for extended periods (7–14 days at a time) A strong commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean, safe work site Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Openness to learning and growing on the job Valid driver’s license required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus hc180587
