Job Description Job Description NCW is hiring Industrial Cleaners dispatched from our Highland, IN location to work at steel mills, refineries, and power plants. This role involves industrial cleaning using vacuum systems and high-pressure waterblasting in active and outage environments. Work is physical and performed in industrial settings where PPE is required and confined space work is expected. No prior experience is required, K2 will train, and all PPE is provided. Employees will complete union onboarding including apprenticeship sign-up, OSHA 10, Confined Space, and Waterblasting training. Schedules vary by project, with outage work commonly running 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
