Maintenance Inspector job responsibilities shall include: - Perform
property maintenance and field inspections. - Attend project
meetings about inspections. - Answer property maintenance code and
inquiries in writing and over the telephone. - Meet with clients
and prospective clients as assigned. - Attend meetings with
clients, trade associations and represent the company as assigned.
- Maintain applicable certifications by attending training sessions
as assigned. - Perform basic residential building inspections.
During periods of heavy workload or slow periods, the employee may
be required to assist in other areas. Such requests shall not be
interpreted as a change in jobs or job description. The employee
confirms that he/she is qualified and prepared to perform the
duties described herein. Job Qualifications: - Three to five years
of demonstrated inspection experience. - Current model code
certification (ICC, and related standards). - Multi-tasking
ability, flexibility and capability to work in a fast-paced
environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication and
customer service skills. - Basic computer skills. - Valid,
state-issued driver’s license. - Comply with the certification
requirements per company policy and as outlined by their
supervisor. - Spanish/English fluency a plus. Physical
Requirements: While conducting inspections an individual must be
able to the meet the following minimum physical requirements: - The
ability to lift up to 25 lbs. - Able to walk on property
maintenance sites. This includes conducting inspections on uneven
surfaces. - Able to climb a ladder. - Ability to walk up/down
multiple flights of steps. - Be able to stand for an extended

uniforms, personal protective equipment, a company vehicle for
inspections, and a company phone. Our comprehensive benefits

guaranteed 40-hour work week. The standard schedule is Monday
through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Paid training, study
