curriculum.Basic Functions:The teacher will plan, carry out,
evaluate, and supervise instructional activities in subject area
for groups and individual students. The teacher will also advise
students in community internships, work experience, and academic
activities.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Develop curriculum
to meet developmental goals and instructional activitiesUse
procedures to post syllabus, projects/lessons, and grades to the
server accessible to students, parents, and the communityMaintain a
classroom environment consistent with established codes of conduct
and conducive to positive learningUse rubric-based authentic
assessment methods to evaluate student progress and adapt
individual programs to meet student needsExercise open and
respectful communication with families, co-workers, supervisors,
and other school staffMeasure progress and accomplishments of
students towards their academic achievements on a regular basis and
provide progress reports as requiredCommunicate electronically with
students, parents, and other staff members concerning student
academic progress, attendance, and behaviorAttend conferences and
workshops in order to further advance professional developmentWork
cooperatively with other personnel to improve instructional
programs and the overall operation of the schoolProvide a safe,
thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the
classroom and on the school campusPerform other duties as

universityMust hold valid Indiana State Teacher's License or be

with families and studentsExperience developing and implementing
curriculumPhysical ability to handle frequent sitting, stooping,
bending, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the roomProven
ability to maintain a safe and studious classroom
environmentDemonstrated ability to develop and implement
