meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school district
in Northbrook, IL is seeking two paraprofessionals to provide
essential support in elementary school settings. These full-time,
on-site positions will begin as soon as possible and continue
through June 8, 2026. The roles offer a valuable opportunity to
work closely with special education students, fostering their
success within general education and self-contained classrooms. Key
Responsibilities: Provide substitute paraprofessional support in
the mornings to cover absences as needed. Deliver scheduled push-in
support to special education (SPED) students in general education
classes during the afternoon. One position will provide full-time
assistance in a self-contained learning environment (SLE).
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement
individualized education plans (IEPs). Assist with classroom
management and support students academic and social development.
Qualifications: Must hold a current IEIN paraprofessional
certification issued by ISBE. Experience working with special
education students in an elementary school setting is preferred.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an
educational team. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to supporting diverse student needs and fostering
inclusive learning environments. Location and Schedule: Positions
are located on-site in Northbrook, Illinois. Standard schedule of
approximately 32.5 hours per week. This contract opportunity offers

Compensation for this position ranges from $15.33 to $35.33.
