Job Description:

are seeking a skilled Senior MRB/Liaison Engineer to join our
dynamic Engineering team. This pivotal role involves addressing and
resolving engineering issues affecting the production lines for
aerospace and defense products. The ideal candidate will serve as
the critical link between engineering and manufacturing, ensuring
that our innovative solutions are effectively implemented, thereby
contributing to both product integrity and production efficiency.
This position is perfect for an individual passionate about pushing
the boundaries of technology and innovation within the military and
aerospace industry. Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) processes
for all production discrepancies ensuring compliance with
engineering principles, company standards, customer contract
requirements, and related specifications. Collaborate with design
engineers, manufacturing teams, quality assurance, and other
departments to analyze and resolve complex manufacturing and
assembly issues. Develop technical solutions to recurring design
and manufacturing problems affecting efficiency, cost, quality, and
manufacturability. Review and authorize engineering changes,
concessions, deviations, and waivers to ensure all changes meet
required specifications without compromising safety or quality.
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Document all investigations and corrective actions regarding
production issues to ensure a traceable and efficient process.
Expertise in aerospace or defense manufacturing environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in root cause
analysis. Familiarity with CAD software and engineering design
tools. Ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical
documents. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to
effectively negotiate and resolve issues. Knowledge of quality
assurance practices, compliance standards, and industry
regulations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred. Lean Six
Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification advantageous.
