Job Description Job Description Project Manager - Retail/Commercial - Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities: Acts as the primary liaison with the client, contractor and project team; Ensures timely communications throughout all project phases, develops and maintains meeting minutes, and follows up on all action items; Negotiates, develops, monitors and controls the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules and budgets for all project stages; Leads and attends regular coordination meetings for all architectural and engineering disciplines in all project phases; Develops a detailed work plan for all architectural and engineering disciplines, allocates hours to the work plan and monitors project progress weekly; Ensures close client relationships are maintained through regular contact; stays informed of changing needs and direction. Requirements: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; Registered Architect, a plus; B.
