Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Job Description We are seeking two Industrial Maintenance Technicians for our night shift, which follows a 2-2-3 schedule from 7pm to 7am. This role involves a combination of mechanical and electrical duties, focusing primarily on maintenance tasks for blow molding equipment, conveyor lines, airveyers, and belt systems. Responsibilities Perform 60% mechanical and 40% electrical maintenance duties. Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment including motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, and bearings. Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v, including single and three phase systems, sensors, lights, and control circuits. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Perform general building maintenance tasks, such as changing light sockets and plumbing. Some MIG and stick welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Essential Skills Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Experience with electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to conduct PLC troubleshooting. Knowledge of machine repair, motors, plastics, and hydraulics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in reading blueprints and schematics. Basic welding and fabrication skills are advantageous. Prior experience in a similar industrial maintenance role is preferred. Why Work Here? The facility is separate from our client's partner, ensuring focus and efficiency in operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.80 - $30.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
