SIGN ON BONUS - $2,000 Duties Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards Diagnose causes of any malfunction and perform repair Ability to handle a busy work environment Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts Document work performed Attend factory- sponsored training classes Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements Customer service focused Focused on fixing repairs right the first time Ability to apply logical thinking and decision making based on procedures and guidelines supplied in the various task assignments Skill to perform numerous tasks as requested Basic computer skills Experience Experience with working on variety of car brands 2 years of automotive experience required Prior service shop experience is a must.
