Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in a dynamic PCB manufacturing environment. You will be working on Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Plated Through Hole (PTH), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and ovens. The primary focus will be on troubleshooting any issues and adhering to a preventive maintenance schedule. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on SMT, PTH, AOI, and oven equipment. Follow and execute a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule. Identify and resolve any issues that arise with production machinery. Essential Skills 2 years of industrial maintenance experience on production machines. 2 years of troubleshooting experience. 2 years of experience working with a preventive maintenance schedule. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a PCB manufacturing environment is a plus. Why Work Here? The environment is designed to ensure a comfortable and productive work experience. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60320.00/yr. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
