experienced leader with a passion for the trucking and repair
industry? Our well-established truck and trailer repair shop is
seeking a dedicated Front-Line Supervisor to manage the day-to-day
operations of our shop. Position: Front-Line Supervisor Location:
Bedford Park, IL Responsibilities: Inspecting and operating
vehicles and equipment to diagnose problems and determine repairs.
Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Overseeing a team of technicians or mechanics, ensuring that work
is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Overseeing a

Qualifications: Experience 7 years min Proven experience in a
supervisory role within the truck and trailer repair industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of repair shop equipment,
tools, and safety procedures Ability to multitask and work in a
