BN305- A facility in northwest IN (1) hour from Chicago IL has full time autonomous CRNA positions for a variety of cases including Ortho, Spine, ENT, Vascular, Endo, Urology, Gyn, OB, Cardiac. SRNAs welcome to apply! Offering $235K on 1099 basis & (6) weeks vacation. OT is available @ $150 per hour. Backup call only of 2x per month with post call day off.
