Tele-nocturnist cross-coverage program in development.- Open ICU with easy access to specialist consultation- EMR: Epic (Franciscan Health scored above the 90th percentile for Provider satisfaction for the inpatient Epic system)- Strong collegial support from specialists - Internal and external moonlighting permittedCommon Diagnoses:- COPD- Heart Failure- Pneumonia- Renal Failure- SepsisQualifications:- BE/BC IM/FM Physician- ACLS/BCLS required for Code Blue and Rapid Responses- Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction- Display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families- Work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care- Recent experience with intubation preferred, but not required. Must be willing to learn.
