Wage: Up to $41.00 per hour
Your Impact as a Staff Development RN:
- Lead the professional development of clinical team members
- Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new clinical staff
- Conduct engaging 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins with new hires to ensure a smooth transition
- Provide ongoing education, training, and support to staff
- Conduct regular rounding to maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction
- Oversee employee health records and educational programs
- Organize and facilitate new employee orientations for both the campus and the nursing department
What You Bring to the Team:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and making a difference!
