Responsibilities: ???? Provide companionship, assistance with daily
activities, and support to clients in their homes. ???? Be
available to fill in for scheduled caregivers on short notice,
ensuring continuity of care for our clients. ???? Maintain a safe
and comfortable environment for clients, promoting their
independence and well-being. ???? Keep accurate records of care
provided and communicate effectively with our team. Qualifications:
Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to help
others. Flexible availability to work on short notice, including
evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have reliable transportation
and pass a 10-panel drug screen Excellent communication skills and
ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in caregiving is a plus but not required – we
provide training and support!
