The Owner docs are high level clinicians who have helped coach and upskill several dentists to become $1 million elite clinicians. Compensation: First 2 months: $10,000/month base salary Transition to a tiered compensation model Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Life Insurance Dental insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance 401K plan Referral program Continuing Education credits (up to 15 CE per year provided by the office) Implant training partnership with Zimmer Invisalign support Comprehensive mentorship and professional growth Adjunct AI training for X-rays and comprehensive diagnosis and tx planning Schedule: Monday - Thursday or Thursday - Saturday Responsibilities and Requirements: 1 year of experience as an Associate Dentist, preferred. Hold an active Indiana state dental license Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans for enhanced patient care Diagnose and treat various dental issues, including cosmetic and restorative needs Collaborate with a highly skilled team to maintain a positive work environment Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Display adaptability and eagerness to learn and integrate new techniques Maintain a solid understanding of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics Eager to learn great communication skills and constantly improve.
