anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma,
and more. Position : Full-Time Senior Therapist (Minimum of 25
completed sessions per week) We are seeking an enthusiastic,
adaptable, and professional therapist to join our fun,
collaborative team at our Lincoln Park and Lakeview offices. This
is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work in-person and
remotely if desired. Our ideal candidate is passionate about
providing long-term therapy, has experience working with
individuals in one-on-one settings, and is eager to learn and grow.
We welcome provisionally licensed candidates (or those in the
application process) and fully licensed clinicians in Illinois. Key
Responsibilities: Provide individual psychotherapy and couples
therapy Availability for a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend
shifts (evening and weekend shifts will build your caseload
faster!) Complete timely electronic notes and treatment plans
Formulate DSM-5 diagnoses Manage client scheduling Consult with
providers, psychiatrists, and family members when appropriate
Respond to client emergencies with support from our clinical team
Maintain a tidy, professional workspace Requirements: Licensed (or
license-eligible) in Illinois as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT Availability
for a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts Strong
organizational and computer skills (Google Suite, TherapyNotes,
Phone.com) Professional, conscientious, and able to work

licensed clinicians are typically $58-$63, with the potential to
earn more based on caseload; annual range $50,000 - $85,000,
depending on client volume) Medical billing and intake coordination
