Job Description Family Practice physician needed to join a large
community health organization. They offer a very unique schedule:
Mon, Tues, Wed work in clinic. Thursday Tele-Med, with Fridays off
Call is light by phone only, 1:7 rotated weekly They are seeking a
physician that is mission driven and wants to make a difference in
community healthcare. They provide primary healthcare for infants,
children and adults. New graduates are welcome to apply They are
offering: Student Loan repayment through NHSC Sign-on bonus of
$10,000 Relocation assistance is available Salary is $185k-$195k
$12k production bonus Medical, Dental, Vision Malpractice/tail
coverage $2k CME Allowance with 5 days off 3 weeks vacation, with
increase to 4 weeks after year 4 3 paid summer days 1 paid wellness
day 5 paid sick days 11 paid holidays Short/long term disability
403b Located in Chicago in the West Town community, near Wicker
