hours Experience: - Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
in the Operating Room required. - Strong scrub and circulate skills
are necessary. - Level 1 Trauma experience is required. - Preferred
experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General
Surgery, Neurosurgery (crani and spine), Open Heart/Thoracic,
Ophthalmology, ENT, Bariatric, and Gynecology. License: - Current
nursing license required. Certifications: - Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification required. Must-Have: - Ability to float within
scope to meet facility needs. - Will float to various units as
needed. - Must live within 75 miles of the facility. Description:
Position for Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. Night shift
from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Call requirement: One 12-hour shift per
month on a Saturday or Sunday, either 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM. No
weekday call required. Every other weekend off; two weekends per
month required. Maximum of five days of time off with no more than
two consecutive days. No time off during holidays. Floating may
occur as needed, possibly outside of primary competency. If a staff
member refuses to float, they may be subject to cancellation. No
special scheduling requests will be approved. Candidate must
fulfill all compliance requirements prior to start. Candidate must
be responsive and meet deadlines for required documentation. 5
