Job Description Anesthesiology Opportunities in Chicago, IL Case mix: Pediatric Dental Adult Dental, with a strong GI focus (~95%) Employment: W2, 0.6–1.0 FTE Schedule & Practice Model Cases typically begin between 7:30–8:00 AM Most days conclude between 3:00–5:00 PM (some earlier) 2–4/5 longer clinical days/week (aligned to FTE and site needs) Optional Saturday coverage available Fully independent, office-based anesthesia model (1 ASC GI, no hospital work) No call / no overnight responsibilities Schedule flexibility available—aligned to provider preferences where feasible within a W2/perm placement model Clinical Setup Equipment is on-site and/or supported by anesthesia tech team RN on-site as a second set of hands Some locations include expanded support teams (RN EMT MA) Malpractice Coverage (W2 Providers) Covered under Group (PSIC) Claims-made policy Standard limits: $1M / $3M Tail coverage required upon separation (provider responsibility) Compensation & Benefits Compensation varies by location, schedule, and FTE (0.6–1.0) Comprehensive W2 package includes: 6 weeks PTO 7 holidays Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) Additional Incentives Retention bonus available Finalized after initial screening and tied to overall contract structure Determined in partnership with Finance and Operations Patient Population Pediatric: Healthy patients ages 5–17 (dental procedures: extractions, fillings) Adult: Primarily ASA I, with a strong concentration in GI procedures
