Job Description Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Location: Crystal Lake, IL (Northwest Chicago Area) Private Practice Setting New Graduates Welcome Base Salary: $230,000 – $250,000 We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established private practice in Crystal Lake, Illinois, located in the desirable Northwest Chicago suburbs. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, community-focused setting with strong earning potential and long-term stability. Position Overview The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while managing a diverse panel of acute and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and other common illnesses Order and interpret diagnostic testing Coordinate specialist referrals and follow-up care Provide preventive care services including vaccinations and routine screenings Deliver patient education focused on lifestyle modification and disease prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Qualifications M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school Completion of a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain Strong patient communication skills and empathetic clinical approach Proficiency with Electronic Health Records Additional Information Outpatient private practice environment U.S. Citizen candidates only New graduates are encouraged to apply This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a stable private practice role in a highly desirable suburban Chicago location with competitive base compensation and strong community ties.
