Essential Functions: Collaborate with Kenmore Residential
Rehabilitation Team members, other LSSI programs, and external
partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and
services to Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation clients. Make client
referrals and linkages. Responsible for encouraging, monitoring,
and maintaining a therapeutic environment on the unit. Monitor
surroundings and assist clinical staff, including communicating any
changes in a client’s presentation or needs to a member of the
clinical staff. Complete all required EHR documentation accurately
and in a timely manner. Maintain familiarity of and adhere to
emergency procedures. Demonstrate professional, positive behavior
and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients,
families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative
organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest
and fair manner. Position Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent required. Background check clearance required. One (1)
to three (3) years of experience in substance use field preferred.
Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards required.
Demonstrated proficiency using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
documentation and review required. Demonstrated ability to
communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in
writing. Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer
skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook,
Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency
preferred. Annual TB test required. Biohazard training
required.
