Job Description Job Description About the Role Children’s Therapy Connections is seeking a dedicated, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric team. Our clinic prides itself on a holistic, "whole-child" approach, ensuring every patient receives the most optimal and personalized form of treatment. Job Location: 15255 S Harlem Ave Orland Park, IL As an SLP in our multidisciplinary environment, you will work side-by-side with experts in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, ABA, and Nutrition. We believe that true progress happens through seamless collaboration with both our clinical team and the families we serve. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a clinician who is passionate about motivating children to reach their fullest potential. The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional who excels at building lasting rapport with families and possesses a genuine desire to make a difference. Key Qualifications - Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License. - Proven ability to build strong rapport with clients and their families. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong collaborative mindset for working within a multidisciplinary team. - Pediatric experience is preferred, though we welcome all passionate clinicians to apply.
