registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years Stepdown RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized nursing
care in a fast-paced stepdown unit designed for patients
transitioning from intensive care to general medical floors. This
role demands clinical expertise, critical thinking, and
compassionate patient support to ensure the best outcomes. Key
Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess patients recovering from
acute medical conditions or post-surgical procedures - Administer
medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed - Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement
individualized care plans - Utilize advanced cardiac monitoring and
other specialized stepdown unit equipment - Educate patients and
families about recovery processes and post-discharge care Desired
Experience and Qualifications: - Current and active RN license -
Experience working in a stepdown or telemetry unit preferred -
Strong critical thinking and assessment skills - Effective
communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to manage multiple
