The banquet captain supervises staff and coordinates event logistics for banquets, weddings, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and high guest satisfaction. Their responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing setup and breakdown, coordinating food and beverage service, handling guest requests and complaints, and enforcing health and safety standards. They serve as a critical link between event organizers, guests, and kitchen staff to guarantee a smooth, successful event.
