Must possess strong personal organization, genuine hospitality, and care for staff.Must have a true passion for the restaurant industry. Job Overview:* Completing management administrative duties including operations reports, financial documentation, guest correspondence, human resources / staff management paperwork, operations evaluations, standard operating procedures, safety and sanitations checklists, and PR/marketing tasks Skills/Knowledge Required - Up to date with the latest social media trends - Responsible for creating and maintaining a positive working culture for all team members. - Maintain the quality and consistency of the guest experience. - Actively interact with guests and staff during operations - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Customer service oriented and proactive.
