Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our
team The HR Coordinator will support the HR Director, and
Operations Director and act as a Liaison to perform ALL activities
in relation to human resources from recruitment, of new hires to
retaining existing hires, policy enforcement, training &
development, and development & achievement of company goals. Most
importantly the HR Coordinator's role and primary function will
include the On-Site Management of all temporary employees/new hires
and communication with temporary employees/new hires on
productivity goals, attendance, safety, benefits, etc.
Responsibilities: Screen, recruit, interview and staff potential
employees (on-site, phone, and walk-in interviews) On-board, train
and develop new employees Implement company culture, values and
policies Provide management with requested reports and documents
(turnover, interviews, safety, etc.) Coordinate discussions with
management on all hires Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications: Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting,
or other related fields - At least three (3) years Knowledge of
labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all
employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Manufacturing environment Microsoft Office -
Word, Excel, Power Point, Access ERP Reporting
Bilingual/Spanish
