Description: The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Director
for a manufacturing company located in the Hammond, IN area. Title:
Human Resources Director Location: Hammond, IN Salary: $120,000 -
$130,000 Responsibilities: - Responsible for coordinating and
directing all HR functions and programs - Ensure local legal
compliance - Manage multisite operations with 3 direct reports -
Partner within HR and the business to develop strategic solutions
to recruitment, people development, and retention - Employee
engagement and development - Successful design and execution of
programs related to employee handbooks Qualifications: - Bachelors
degree - 10+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing -
Multisite HR management experience preferred
