• Responsible for the overall Web solutions development and support within their scope, focusing on Websites and the related Marketing Technology stack (Marketing automation, Analytics, Consent, Domains).
  
• This role manages the application lifecycle, partnering with business, development, and infrastructure teams, from requirements to deployment, including release notes to stakeholders, PR approval, deployment, SIT, UAT, and release by 24/7 teams.
  
• Articulate business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions to leverage digital needs, supporting the implementation of digital strategy in collaboration with marketing, development, and infrastructure teams.
  
• Serve as a technical point of reference in ADM's global Digital Marketing strategy.
  
• Provide documented technology guidance, roadmaps, principles, and best practices to set standards for our Center of Excellence.
  
• Support and maintain the technical solutions, providing oversight and coaching to team members and partners.
  
• Drive development and operations/hosting with internal or outsourced resources, ensuring customer engagement and quality.
  
• Monitor application design to ensure compliance with architectural standards and policies.
  
• Stay future-ready to keep ADM at the forefront of technology.
