As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing various operations, including Alpma machines, brine systems, and filling forms. You will ensure cleanliness and sanitation while maintaining our high standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate high-speed packaging machines for chip production. Perform minor troubleshooting to identify machine stoppages or jams and determine if maintenance is needed. Manage and operate specific machinery in the production line. Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures. Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Essential Skills 2 years of machine operating experience at the same company. Experience with high-speed manufacturing and packaging machines. Minor troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Familiarity with filling and packaging machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2 years of machine operating experience (GMP preferred). Experience adjusting feeds and speeds. Change over experience. Basic troubleshooting skills. Why Work Here? The facility is clean and temperature-controlled, with a pleasant aroma of French fries. Adhere to GMP standards, including wearing a hair net, beard net, smocks, hard hat, and steel-toed shoes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
