• Oil and Gas Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Document Control Specialist in our Hammond, IN office. The position takes directions from the technical and project managers, and other supervisory staff in performing functions associated with Orbital's services to clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform any tasks necessary to assist in accomplishing project goals, such as, filing, obtaining drawing prints or document copies, assembling reports or specifications, distributing documents both within and outside Orbital's facilities and so forth.
  • This position requires discretion and independent judgment with regards to support services for company and client management. Minimum Requirements:
    • High School Diploma
    • 5+ years of experience in a document control
    • Basic experience with Microsoft Office applications
