(RVT). RVs and RPhS are also considered!

This is an office-based position. There are minimal
The position is currently looking for a full-time role for this
position but is open to considering part-time.
This is an opportunity to practice vein care in a collegial,
patient-centered, and ergonomically friendly environment.--We are
an office of only 4 people and finding a good colleague is very
important to us. We were voted "Best of the Region for Vein Care"
in 2021 in only our first year of existence.
The compensation range is based on experience and is
--- Perform patient evaluation and assessment of vein disease prior
to ultrasound examination
--- Perform detailed ultrasound examination of patients'
superficial and deep veins in the supine and upright positions in
order to create a venous flow map for purposes of recommending a
safe and effective treatment plan to the patient (based on accepted
--- Assist the physician in explaining the treatment plan to the
patient and how that treatment plan addresses the patient's
--- Assist the physician during ultrasound-guided injection
treatment sessions with the appropriate imaging regarding needle
--- Assist the physician during thermal ablation procedures with
--- Responsible for pre-treatment setup and subsequent cleaning of
the treatment room
--- Perform any additional ultrasound exams as indicated by the
treatment plan at the direction of the physician to ensure the
efficacy of treatment and safety of the patients
--- Certificate of Completion from an accredited (CAAHEP)
ultrasound program preferred
--- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or registry eligible
(must be sitting for exam within 3 months of hire) or Registered
Vascular Sonographer (RVS). Registered Phlebology Sonographer
(RPhS) is also accepted
--- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational
--- Good computer skills and experience with electronic medical
