About this role:
The Business Development Executive is pivotal in driving sales
outcomes by cultivating existing relationships, developing new
client relationships, expanding Centric's market presence, and
closing deals. Ideally, this individual will have a professional
services background and a comprehensive understanding of building
client-centric solutions.
In this role, you will:
Expand Centric's footprint within existing client accounts by
leveraging and nurturing established relationships.
Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships aligned
with Centris's growth strategies.
Utilize industry knowledge and tools to identify prospective
clients.
Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and support business
development initiatives.
Participate in industry networking events to build relationships
and stay informed about market trends.
Interface effectively with client personnel at all organizational
levels to build enduring relationships.
Contribute to long-range strategic planning and tactical execution
aligned with Centric's mission and growth objectives.
Qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs,
quantifying potential issues, and assessing budgetary
considerations.
Work with Centric Leadership to develop pursuit strategies and
oversee the proposal creation process.
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and sales management
skills to drive successful outcomes.
Who You Are:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales roles,
preferably within IT and business consulting environments.
Established book of business with Director and C-Level Customer
Relationships in the Chicago area.
Track record of building and maintaining a strong customer base
through trusted advisor relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development and
client satisfaction.
Deep knowledge of the Chicago market and a robust professional
network.
Prior experience selling consulting project-based services.
Desire to familiarize oneself with Centric's service offerings.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations in client-facing
environments.
Strong team building and management skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for clients and
colleagues alike.
