Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! Annual Income: $36,000 - $52,000 plus Bonuses and Commission Responsibilities include but are not limited to Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification What we provide Starting hourly pay $17 - $25 depending on experience Bonuses and Commission Paid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days) Opportunity for health care reimbursement $150-$300 per month IRA retirement plan with 2% company match Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred.
