Job Description Community Health Organization in Chicago is
seeking a part time Family Nurse Practitioner. Located on the West
side of Chicago this neighborhood is known for its dynamic social
and ethnic and demographic changes over the years. Centered around
a 207-acre historic park and public gardens, it has an
urban-suburban mix and is supported by lively bars, music, coffee
shops and festivals. Located 16 minutes to downtown Chicago making
it very convenient to live in the city or any neighboring suburb.
Hours are two or three 8-hr days per week 0r 5-8hrs/week Salary
approx $60-$90k year for part-time (salary s based on $120k full
time) Must have at least 1 year experience practicing family
medicine - No new graduates Must be certified as an FNP Paid/tail
malpractice. Benefits will be adjusted depending on hours worked.
