This role works in close conjunction with the Head of Diversified East to help ensure the required internal control standards, including adherence to audit, regulator, and compliance policies. It is imperative to also have excellent client acumen and focus on business generation while balancing the risk to the Bank. This person is a cultural carrier and helps to ensure consistency in credit approach across DIG East.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees documentation and monitoring of assets and client performance.
• Supports credit concurrence and coordinates pricing approval.
• Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and develops understanding of business challenges.
• Manages resources and leads strategic initiatives to meet goals.
• Defines requirements for analytics and reporting to inform decisions.
• Ensures timely completion of tasks with quality standards.
• Gathers data for sales processes and assists in pre-sales activities.
• Tracks reports and recommends portfolio management improvements.
• Builds internal and external networks to achieve objectives.
• Anticipates trends and implements changes accordingly.Qualifications:

• Requires Credit Qualification with extensive credit and portfolio management skills.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance, economics, or accounting.
• 15+ years of experience in financial transactions and corporate lending.
• Formal credit training and high lending authority.
• Expertise in communication, analytical skills, influence, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.Salary & Benefits:Range: $153,600.00 - $285,600.00Pay Type: SalariedIncludes performance incentives, bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.
